My interest in holistic health started a while ago after personally suffering through numerous health issues all while not receiving any relief from the conventional medical community. I felt like I was dying. It seemed like one body system after the next was completely shutting down. After lots of suffering and plenty of medical debt, I had to take matters into my own hands and seek out alternative healing modalities. Only after working with true healers, did I finally start to experience relief. Since then, I have witnessed countless loved ones undergo unnecessary medical procedures, consume gut-destroying antibiotics, take medications that provided plenty of uncomfortable side effects all to simply slap a band-aid on the problem at hand. These experiences ultimately fueled me to take action. Putting the power back in peoples hands when it comes to their own health is one of my biggest passions. No longer do I sit back and watch the people I care about be treated on a surface level.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned after many years of providing health coaching, nutrition education and with my personal health journey is that one size does not fit all! Every BODY is so unique. Why does one therapeutic diet work for one person but not the other; even if those people have similar body types and are in similar situations? Trial and error can help to see what might work but takes lots of time, effort and money. That's why I now use quantum biofeedback to help determine the best wellness approaches for each individual and have seen much faster results.
My education to obtain my Bachelors Degree in Applied Nutrition and Sociology gave me a solid science and human behavior foundation. However, I decided to further my training as a Quantum Biofeedback Practitioner to gain skills to understand what's going on with people on an energetic level. After seeing faster results with clients and myself, I decided to focus mostly on using the Genius Quantum Biofeedback device and intuitive energetic readings.
Right now, most of my time outside of work is spent taking care of my two young kids and dog with my husband. I love all music; hard rock, anything 80's, old-school hip-hop, Irish step, show tunes, karaoke and live music are some of my faves. I love dancing, cooking, eating, entertaining, critiquing restaurants and recipes, creating, reading, researching, designing treasure hunts, working out (especially kickboxing and 80's style aerobics), attending live musicals, plays and concerts and talking to people I've never met on the streets and in the grocery stores.
I look forward to meeting you soon! ❤️
